The Yaya Humanitarian Foundation INC, a 501 (c)(3) registered Non-profit organization with volunteers from all over the United States and Haiti. We are inspired by the legacy of our late mother Merzilia Herard aka Yaya who volunteered her time and resources to help the less fortunate people in Southwest Forida and in the community of Jean-Rabel, Haiti.
Founded by her eldest son Peter Herard and his siblings, the foundation intends to keep Merzilia’s memory alive through humanitarian work in the community.
