OUR MISSION
The Yaya Humanitarian Foundation is a 501(c)(3) duly registered non-profit organization dedicated to improve the economic, social, educational, and welfare of Southwest Florida immigrant community and underprivileged residents of the community of Jean-Rabel in Northwestern Haiti.
Our efforts include:
Economic – Through private contributions, we provide financial assistance to Southwest Florida’s immigrants who otherwise do not qualify for governmental assistance. We help feed the homeless and help widows with utility bills.
Educational – In Southwest Florida, we offer scholarships to college bound young immigrants who do not qualify for student loans and other reliefs.
In Haiti, our foundation has constructed schools in remote areas and plans to build some more. We provide tuition free education to the less fortunate. All our students receive free school supply, uniform and meals.
Health Care – Construction of medical facilities providing free health care and medication to the population of Northwest Haiti.
